mmanuel Lutheran School is a Christian school. It is dedicated to the total education of God's children and is concerned with all aspects of education, particularly Christian nurture. For this reason we feel that a religious philosophy should permeate all levels and facets of instruction. Specifically, ELS is committed to the Christian heritage as grasped by the Lutheran Church. It is not a private school where religion is taught as an additional subject. Rather, ELS provides a total Christian environment, which promotes the education of the hearts and souls, as well as the minds of its children.
