Special Meeting of Booster Club for Inaugural Volleyball Tournament
Monday, September 18 at 5:30 pm, Gymnasium
Present:
Wlliams, Arldt, Black, Franklin, Crisp, DeBerry, Schmelzle, Arrowood and James
Volleyball Tournament September 22 and 23, 2006
I. Concessions
Water, Gatorade, Candy, Lollipops, Skittles and Cow Tails (RJ to obtain)
Popcorn Machine (BW to obtain)
Chick-Fil-A sandwiches (BW to inquire/ order, TBlack to pick up)
Cooler to keep drinks iced, towels and cups (RJ to obtain)
II. Volunteers
BW will make a schedule to cover concessions/ admissions/ scoreboard and
stats recording. Will forward this week to all concerned.
BA to forward to BW list of all Booster Club members.
III. Misc.
RJ will obtain penants for each school to maintain a leaderboard.
RJ has ordered all trophies/ awards
RJ will make ballots for All Tournament Team selections
RJ will bring a blower to clean gym
IV. Meeting / Resting rooms for teams
ELS staff will assign classrooms for each team to have over the weekend
for meetings, rest between games and storage of items.
V. Admissions
A per day admission will be charged.
TBuckner to obtain stamps and a different colored ink for each day
VI. Programs
JA and AJ will create a program for the weekend's events.
Next meeting of the Booster Club will be held on September 25 at 5:30 in the gymnasium.
